गदायुद्धप्रतिज्ञा — The Vow and Terms of the Mace Duel

तन्मात्रमपि तन्महां न ददाति पुरा भवान्‌ | स कथं पृथिवीमेतां प्रददासि विशाम्पते

tanmātram api tan mahān na dadāti purā bhavān | sa kathaṁ pṛthivīm etāṁ pradadāsi viśāmpate ||

ယုဓိဋ္ဌိရက ပြောသည်– «အရင်က သင်သည် အလွန်ကြီးမြတ်သော်လည်း ထိုမျှသေးငယ်သော အပိုင်းတောင် မပေးခဲ့။ ပြည်သူတို့၏ အရှင်၊ ယနေ့ သင်သည် ဤမြေတစ်လုံးလုံးကို မည်သို့ ပေးအပ်မည်ဟု ဆိုနိုင်သနည်း?»
