विवर्धयिषवो द्रौणेमहिमानं महात्मन: । जिज्ञासमानास्तत्तेज: सौप्तिकं च दिदृक्षव:
sañjaya uvāca |
vivardhayiṣavo drauṇe-mahimānaṃ mahātmanaḥ |
jijñāsamānās tat-tejaḥ sauptikaṃ ca didṛkṣavaḥ ||
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်—ဒြောဏ၏ သားတော် အရှ္ဝတ္ထာမာ (မဟာအတ္တရှိသူ) ၏ ဂုဏ်သတင်းကို မြှင့်တင်လို၍၊ သူ၏ မီးတောက်သကဲ့သို့သော တေဇောဓာတ်၏ အတိုင်းအတာကို သိလိုကာ၊ ထို့ပြင် စစ်သည်တို့ အိပ်နေစဉ် ဖြစ်ပေါ်မည့် သတ်ဖြတ်မှုကို မြင်လိုသဖြင့်၊ ထိုသတ္တဝါတို့သည် အရပ်ရပ်မှ စုဝေးလာကြ၏။
