चिरं हाापि जड: शूर: पण्डितं पर्युपास्य हि । न स धर्मान्‌ विजानाति दर्वी सूपरसानिव

ciraṁ hāpi jaḍaḥ śūraḥ paṇḍitaṁ paryupāsya hi | na sa dharmān vijānāti darvī sūparasān iva ||

ကೃပာဆရာက ပြောသည်– «ဉာဏ်ကို ထုံထိုင်းစေသော အလျင်အမြန်မရှိမှု (အာလಸ್ಯ) က ဖုံးလွှမ်းထားလျှင် ရဲရင့်သူတစ်ယောက်သည် ပညာရှိ၏ အနီးအပါး၌ ကြာရှည်စွာ အမှုထမ်းနေသော်လည်း ဓမ္မ၏ အနက်ကို မသိနိုင်။ ထိုသူသည် ဟင်းရည်ထဲတွင် မြုပ်နေသော်လည်း အရသာမခံနိုင်သော ဇွန်းကဲ့သို့ပင်»။
