पुरुषे पुरुषे बुद्धिया या भवति शोभना । तुष्यन्ति च पृथक् सर्वे प्रज्ञया ते स्वया स्वया
sañjaya uvāca |
puruṣe puruṣe buddhyā yā bhavati śobhanā |
tuṣyanti ca pṛthak sarve prajñayā te svayā svayā ||
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်– လူတစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက်စီ၌ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာသော ဉာဏ်အမြင်သည် ထိုသူအတွက်ပင် လှပကောင်းမြတ်သကဲ့သို့ ထင်ရ၏။ ထို့ကြောင့် လူအားလုံးသည် မိမိမိမိ၏ ဉာဏ်ပညာဖြင့် သီးခြားသီးခြား ကျေနပ်နေကြ၏။
संजय उवाच
People naturally admire their own way of thinking; each takes his own judgment to be ‘good’ and becomes content with it. The verse highlights how self-approval can mask error, especially in morally charged situations.
