Brahmaśirastra-pratisaṃhāra — Retraction and redirection of the supreme weapon
Sauptika Parva, Adhyāya 15
इत्युक्त्वा संजहारास्त्रं पुनरेवं धनंजय: । संहारो दुष्करस्तस्य देवैरपि हि संयुगे
ity uktvā saṃjahārāstraṃ punar evaṃ dhanaṃjayaḥ | saṃhāro duṣkaras tasya devair api hi saṃyuge ||
ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပါယနက ပြောသည်— ထိုသို့ ပြောပြီးနောက် ဓနဉ္ဇယ (အာర్జုန) သည် အာစတြကို ထပ်မံ ပြန်လည်ရုပ်သိမ်း하였다။ စစ်မြေပြင်၏ ဖိအားအတွင်း ထိုဒေဝအာစတြကို ပြန်ခေါ်ယူခြင်းသည် အလွန်ခက်ခဲ၍—ဒေဝတို့အတွက်ပင် မလွယ်ကူ—တစ်ကြိမ် လွှတ်လိုက်သော အင်အား၏ အန္တရာယ်နှင့် ထိုအင်အားကို ထိန်းချုပ်ရန် လိုအပ်သော ရှားပါးသည့် စည်းကမ်းကို ထင်ရှားစေ하였다။
