Adhyāya 45 — Duryodhana’s Distress, Śakuni’s Counsel, and the Summons for Dyūta

एष मायाप्रतिच्छन्न: करूषार्थ तपस्विनीम्‌ । जहार भद्रां वैशालीं मातुलस्य नृशंसकृत्‌

eṣa māyāpraticchannaḥ karūṣārtha tapasvinīm | jahāra bhadrāṃ vaiśālīṃ mātulasya nṛśaṃsakṛt ||

ဝိုင်သမ္ပာယန မိန့်တော်မူသည်– “ဤသူသည် မာယာဖြင့် မိမိ၏ အမှန်ရုပ်ကို ဖုံးကွယ်ကာ၊ ကရုဿမင်း (Karūṣa) အကျိုးအတွက်ဟု ရည်ရွယ်ပြီး၊ မိမိ၏ မာတူလ (မိခင်ဘက် ဦးလေး) ၏ သမီးဖြစ်သော ဝိုင်ရှာလီ၏ ဘဒြာ (Bhadrā) —တပသီမ—ကို လှည့်ဖြား၍ ဖမ်းဆီးခေါ်ဆောင်သွား하였다။”
