नारद उवाच
The verse highlights the cosmic hierarchy in which even radiant celestial beings function within disciplined service. Prosperity and splendor (Kubera’s court) are shown as ordered and regulated, implying that power and wealth are sustained by proper roles, duty, and harmonious cooperation rather than mere display.
Nārada continues his description of Kubera (Dhanada) and his retinue, stating that thousands of Apsarases and Gandharvas—renowned for dance and music—stand in attendance, and he lists prominent names among them to convey the magnificence of Kubera’s celestial court.
