घोरमायोधन जज्ञे प्रेतताजपुरोपमम् । जो उनमें प्रवेश करते
sañjaya uvāca | ghoram āyodhanaṃ jajñe pretarāja-puro'upamam |
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်—ကြောက်မက်ဖွယ် စစ်မြေပြင်တစ်ခု ပေါ်ပေါက်လာ၍ မရဏာဓိပတိ၏ မြို့တော်နှင့် ဆင်တူ၏။ ထိုနေရာသို့ ဝင်ရောက်သူတို့ကို အရာအားလုံးက မျိုချသကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်စေကာ က్షတ္တရိယတို့၏ စိတ်၌ ကြောက်ရွံ့မှုကို မွေးဖွားစေ၏။ အို သူရဲကောင်း၊ အမဲစားတိရစ္ဆာန်တို့၏ ဟိန်းဟောက်သံကြောင့် ထိုစစ်ခင်းသည် ယမမင်း၏ နဂရတော်ကဲ့သို့ အလွန်ကြောက်မက်ဖွယ် ထင်မြင်ရ၏။
