ध्रुवमेषु निमित्तेषु भूमिमाश्रित्य पार्थिवा:
dhruvameṣu nimitteṣu bhūmimāśritya pārthivāḥ
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်— «ဤနိမိတ်လက္ခဏာတို့သည် တည်ငြိမ်၍ မသံသယရှိအောင် ထင်ရှားလာသောအခါ၊ မင်းတို့သည် မြေပေါ်၌ အခြေတည်ကာ (မြင်နိုင်သည့် အမှန်တရားကို အခြေခံကာ) ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ခိုင်မာစွာ လုပ်ဆောင်ကြသည်»။
