कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
देवा ऊचु अस्मत्तेजोबलं यावत् तावदद्विगुणमाहवे । तेषामिति हि मन्यामो दृष्टतेजोबला हि ते,देवता बोले--प्रभो! युद्धमें हमलोगोंका जितना भी तेज और बल है, उससे दूना उन दैत्योंका है, ऐसा हम मानते हैं; क्योंकि उनके तेज और बलको हमने देख लिया है
devā ūcuḥ asmat-tejo-balaṁ yāvat tāvad adviguṇam āhave | teṣām iti hi manyāmo dṛṣṭa-tejo-balā hi te ||
နတ်တို့က ပြောသည်– «စစ်မြေ၌ ငါတို့၌ ရှိသမျှ တောက်ပမှုနှင့် အင်အားကို တိုင်းတာလျှင် ဒိုင်တျာတို့၌ ထိုထက် နှစ်ဆ ရှိသည်ဟု ငါတို့ ယူဆသည်။ အကြောင်းမူကား သူတို့၏ အာနုဘော်နှင့် တောက်ပမှုကို ငါတို့ မျက်မြင်တွေ့ပြီးသား ဖြစ်သည်»။
