स्मिताभिभाषिणं शान्तं गुरुवाक्यकरं सदा | बाल्ये5प्यतुलकर्माणं प्रियवाक्यममत्सरम्
smitābhibhāṣiṇaṃ śāntaṃ guruvākyakaraṃ sadā | bālye 'py atulakarmāṇaṃ priyavākyam amatsaram ||
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်– သူသည် နူးညံ့သိမ်မွေ့၍ အပြုံးတိတ်တိတ်ဖြင့် ပြောဆိုတတ်၏။ သဘောထားအေးငြိမ်ပြီး ဆရာသမားတို့၏ စကားကို အမြဲလိုက်နာ၏။ ကလေးဘဝ၌ပင် သူ၏ လုပ်ရပ်များသည် မနှိုင်းယှဉ်နိုင်လောက်အောင် ထူးကဲ၏။ သူ၏ စကားသည် ချိုမြိန်၍ မနာလိုမုန်းတီးခြင်းကင်း၏။
