कर्णश्न॒ दशभिर्बाणै: पुत्रश्न तव सप्तभि: । दशभिर्वषसेनश्व॒ सौबलश्लापि सप्तभि:
Karṇaś ca daśabhir bāṇaiḥ putraś ca tava saptabhiḥ | daśabhir Vṛṣasenaś ca Saubalaś cāpi saptabhiḥ ||
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်– ကာဏ္ဏသည် မြားဆယ်စင်းဖြင့် ထိခိုက်ရပြီး၊ မင်း၏သားသည် မြားခုနစ်စင်းဖြင့် ထိခိုက်ရ၏။ ဝೃṣသေနလည်း မြားဆယ်စင်းဖြင့် ထိုးဖောက်ခံရပြီး၊ ဆောဘလ (Saubala) လည်း မြားခုနစ်စင်းဖြင့် ထိခိုက်ရ၏။ ထို့ကြောင့် စစ်၏ဒေါသကို မြားအရေအတွက်ဖြင့် တိုင်းတာရသကဲ့သို့၊ စစ်မြေပြင်တွင် သတ္တိနှင့် ကံကြမ္မာတို့သည် စကားမဟုတ်ဘဲ ဒဏ်ရာများဖြင့် ရေတွက်ခံရသည်။
