न संदधन् विमुज्चन् वा मण्डलीकृतकार्मुक:
na sandadhan vimuñcan vā maṇḍalīkṛta-kārmukaḥ
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်။ သူသည် ပစ်မှတ်ကို မတိတိကျကျ ချိန်ညှိသော်လည်းကောင်း၊ မြားကို လွှတ်သော်လည်းကောင်း မလုပ်ဘဲ၊ လေးကို စက်ဝိုင်းပုံစံ ကာကွယ်ထားသကဲ့သို့ ဆွဲတင်းထား하였다—အကြမ်းဖက်မှု၏ လုပ်ရပ်အတွင်း၌ပင် တွန့်ဆုတ်နေသကဲ့သို့၊ ထိုခဏ၏ တာဝန်ကို သွေးထွက်သံယို၏ အကျိုးဆက်နှင့် နှိုင်းယှဉ်ချိန်ဆနေသကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်သည်။
