धृतराष्ट्र-संजय-संवादः — सात्यकि-अलम्बुसयोर्युद्धवर्णनम्

शरैरनलसंकाशैरनिन्ये वीरान् यमक्षयम् | राजेन्द्र! तदनन्तर विभिन्न जनपदोंके स्वामी अन्यान्य वीर राजाओंको भी उन्होंने अपने अग्निसदृश बाणोंद्वारा यमलोक पहुँचा दिया
śarair analasaṅkāśair aninye vīrān yamakṣayam | rājendra! tad-anantaraṁ bhinna-janapadānāṁ svāmī anyān-anya vīra-rājān api teṣām agni-sadṛśa-bāṇair yama-lokaṁ prāpayām āsa ||
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်– မီးတောက်ကဲ့သို့ တောက်လောင်သော မြားများဖြင့် သူသည် သူရဲများကို ယမ၏ မပျက်မယွင်း နယ်မြေသို့ ပို့ဆောင်하였다။ အို မင်းတို့အထွတ်အမြတ်ရေ၊ ထို့နောက် သူသည် နယ်ပယ်အသီးသီး၏ အရှင်ဖြစ်သော အခြားသော ဗီရဘုရင်များကိုလည်း ထိုမီးကဲ့သို့သော မြားတံများဖြင့် ယမလောကသို့ ပို့လိုက်ကာ၊ မရပ်မနား သေမင်းအင်အားဖြင့် စစ်ကို ရှေ့သို့ တွန်းတင်သွား하였다။
