जिगीषुस्तान् नरव्याप्रो जिघांसुश्च जयद्रथम् । उनपर विजय पानेकी इच्छा रखकर जयद्रथके वधकी अभिलाषासे गाण्डीव धनुषको खींचते हुए पुरुषसिंह महाबाहु अर्जुनकी बड़ी शोभा हो रही थी
sañjaya uvāca | jigīṣus tān naravyāghro jighāṃsuś ca jayadratham |
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်– ထိုရန်သူတို့ကို အနိုင်ယူလိုသော ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်နှင့် ဂျယဒြထကို သတ်လိုသော ပြင်းထန်သည့် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ကြောင့် လူတို့အတွင်း ကျားတစ်ကောင်ကဲ့သို့သော မဟာလက်မောင်း အာဂျုနသည် ဂန္ဓီဝ လေးကို ဆွဲတင်စဉ် အလွန်တောက်ပလှပနေ၏။
