तामापतन्ती विमलामश्मगर्भा महागदाम् | शरैरनेकसाहसैर्वारयामास गौतम:,उस निर्मल एवं लोहेकी बनी हुई विशाल गदाको अपने ऊपर आती देख कृपाचार्यने अनेक सहस्र बाणोंद्वारा दूर गिरा दिया
tām āpatantīṃ vimalām aśmagarbhāṃ mahāgadām | śarair anekasāhasair vārayāmāsa gautamaḥ |
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်။ ကျောက်ကဲ့သို့ တောက်ပခိုင်မာသော ဂဒာကြီးသည် မိမိထံသို့ လာရောက်ကျလာသည်ကို မြင်သော် ဂေါတမ (ကೃပာစာရျ) သည် ထိုကို တားဆီးကာ မြားထောင်ပေါင်းများစွာ ပစ်လွှတ်၍ နောက်သို့ ပြန်လှန်ကျစေ하였다။ ဤမြင်ကွင်းသည် စစ်၏ တင်းကျပ်သော စည်းကမ်းကို ထင်ဟပ်စေသည်—ဆရာစစ်သူရဲတစ်ဦးပင် သေစေနိုင်သော အင်အားကို တည်ငြိမ်စွာ တိုင်းတာသည့် ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုဖြင့်သာ တုံ့ပြန်ရသည်။
