Adhyāya 78 — Bhīṣma’s Advance, Duryodhana’s Rally, and Concurrent Duels (भीष्मस्याभ्युद्यमः, दुर्योधनस्योत्साहवचनम्, विविधयुद्धवर्णनम्)
संनहातां पदातीनां हयानां चैव भारत । शड्खदुन्दुभिनादश्व तुमुल: सर्वतो5भवत्
saṃnahātāṃ padātīnāṃ hayānāṃ caiva bhārata | śaṅkhadundubhinādaś ca tumulaḥ sarvato 'bhavat ||
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်– «အို ဘာရတ၊ ခြေလျင်စစ်သည်များနှင့် မြင်းများကို လက်နက်ကာကွယ်ရေးအပြည့်အစုံ တပ်ဆင်၍ အဆင်သင့် ပြုလုပ်နေစဉ်၊ ခွံတံပိုးသံနှင့် ဒုန္ဒုဘိစည်သံတို့ကြောင့် အရပ်ရပ်၌ ကြောက်မက်ဖွယ် အုတ်အော်သံ ကြီးစွာ ပေါ်ထွန်းလာ၏»။
