Droṇa–Dhṛṣṭadyumna-yuddha (द्रोण-धृष्टद्युम्न-युद्धम्) — Tactical duel and allied interventions
ततो युद्ध सुदुर्धर्ष व्याकुलं समपद्यत । शूराणां समरे तत्र समासाद्येतरेतरम्,कुछ ही देरमें उस रणक्षेत्रके भीतर शूरवीर सैनिकोंका एक-दूसरेसे भिड़कर अत्यन्त दुर्धर्ष एवं घमासान युद्ध होने लगा
tato yuddhaṃ sudurdharṣaṃ vyākulaṃ samapadyata | śūrāṇāṃ samare tatra samāsādyetaretaram ||
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်– ထိုစစ်မြေပြင်၌ သူရဲကောင်းတို့ အချင်းချင်း နီးကပ်ထိတွေ့လာသည့်အခါ တိုက်ပွဲသည် ခဏချင်းပင် မတားဆီးနိုင်လောက်အောင် ပြင်းထန်၍ ရှုပ်ထွေးသော အစုလိုက်အပြုံလိုက် တိုက်ခိုက်မှုအဖြစ် ပြောင်းလဲသွား하였다—စစ်တွင် အပြန်အလှန် ထိပ်တိုက်ဆုံရာမှ ပေါက်ဖွားလာသော ခံနိုင်ရည်ခက်သည့် အပြင်းအထန် ပဋိပက္ခတည်း။
