प्रीतो&हं पुत्र युध्यस्व जयमाप्रुहि पाण्डव । यत्‌ तेडभिलषितं चान्यत्‌ तदवाप्रुहि संयुगे

bhīṣma uvāca | prīto 'haṃ putra yudhyasva jayam āpruhi pāṇḍava | yat te 'bhilaṣitaṃ cānyat tad avāpruhi saṃyuge pāṇḍunandana ||

ဘီရှ္မက ပြောသည်– “သားရေ၊ ငါ ဝမ်းမြောက်ပြီ။ ပाण्डဝရေ၊ စစ်တိုက်လော့၊ အောင်ပွဲကို ရယူလော့။ ထို့ပြင် သင် စိတ်ထဲတွင် ဆန္ဒရှိသမျှ အခြားအရာတို့ကိုလည်း ဤစစ်မြေပြင်၌ ပြည့်စုံစေပါ—ပाण्डုဝంశ၏ ဂုဏ်ရည်ရေ” ဟု။
