Bhīṣma-parva Adhyāya 16 — Saṃjaya’s Boon, Bhīṣma’s Protection, and the Dawn Arraying of Armies
महेन्द्रकेतव: शुभ्रा महेन्द्रसदनेष्विव । संनद्धास्ते प्रवीराश्च ददृशुर्युद्धकाड्क्षिण:
sañjaya uvāca | mahendraketavaḥ śubhrā mahendrasadaneṣv iva | sannaddhās te pravīrāś ca dadṛśur yuddhakāṅkṣiṇaḥ ||
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်။ အိန္ဒြာ၏ မဟာနန်းတော်၌ တောက်ပလင်းလက်နေသော အိန္ဒြာ၏ အလံတော်များကဲ့သို့ပင် ကౌရဝနှင့် ပाण्डဝ စစ်တပ်တို့၏ အလံတော်များလည်း တောက်ပစွာ ထင်ရှားလျက်ရှိသည်။ ထိုအထက်တန်းကျသော သူရဲကောင်းများသည် လက်နက်ကိရိယာနှင့် သံချပ်ကာအပြည့်အစုံ ဝတ်ဆင်ကာ တိုက်ပွဲအလိုဆန္ဒဖြင့်—မဟာစစ်ပွဲ စတင်မည့်အခါနီးလာသဖြင့်—အဆင်သင့် ရပ်တည်နေကြသည်ဟု မြင်ရသည်။
