Bhīṣma-nipāta-saṃvāda — Sañjaya’s Report of Bhīṣma’s Fall (भीष्मनिपातसंवादः)
हयान् गजपदातींश्व रथांश्न तरसा बहून् निमज्जयन्तं समरे परवीरापहारिणम्
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca | hayān gajapadātīṁś ca rathāṁś ca tarasā bahūn nimajjayantaṁ samare paravīrāpahāriṇam |
ဓృతရာෂ္ဋ္ရက ပြောသည်– «စစ်မြေပြင်၌ ငါသည် ဘီရှ္မကို မြင်၏။ မတားဆီးနိုင်သော အရှိန်ဖြင့် ရန်သူဘက်၏ မြင်းများ၊ ဆင်များ၊ ခြေလျင်တပ်များနှင့် ရထားစစ်များ အများအပြားကို လှိုင်းထဲသို့ မြုပ်သကဲ့သို့ ဖိနှိပ်လွှမ်းမိုးနေ၏—စစ်ပွဲ၌ ရန်ဘက်သူရဲကောင်းတို့၏ အသက်ကို ယူသွားသူ ဖြစ်၏»။
