स समन्तात् परिवृतों भारतो भरतर्षभ । निर्ददाह रणे शूरान् वने वह्निरिव ज्वलन्,भरतभूषण! उस रणक्षेत्रमें सब ओरसे घिरे हुए भीष्म वनमें प्रज्वलित हुए दावानलके समान शूरवीरोंको दग्ध करने लगे
sa samantāt parivṛto bhārato bharatarṣabha | nirdadāha raṇe śūrān vane vahnir iva jvalan ||
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်– «ဘာရတတို့အနက် နွားထီးတော်တည်းဟူသော အရှင်၊ အရပ်ရပ်မှ ဝန်းရံခံရသော်လည်း ဘာရတဝంశ၏ မျိုးဆက် ဘီရှ္မသည် စစ်မြေပြင်၌ သူရဲကောင်းတို့ကို လောင်ကျွမ်းစေတတ်လာ၏။ တောထဲ၌ လောင်မြိုက်သော တောမီးကဲ့သို့ပင်»။
