Adhyāya 90: Babhruvāhana’s Reception and the Commencement of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Aśvamedha
न राजसूयैर्बहुभिरिष्टवा विपुलदक्षिणै:
na rājasūyaiḥ bahubhir iṣṭvā vipula-dakṣiṇaiḥ | tvayā ya idaṁ dāna-janitaṁ phalaṁ prāptaṁ tasya samatā pracura-dakṣiṇāvalaiḥ bahu-saṅkhyakaiḥ rājasūyaiḥ anekair aśvamedha-yajñaiś ca na bhavitum arhati | tvayā serabhara-sattūkā-dānenākṣayaṁ brahmalokaṁ jitaḥ ||
ယောက္ခမက ပြောသည်— «သင်ရရှိသော ဤအလှူကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသည့် ကုသိုလ်သည်၊ ဒက္ခိဏာကြီးမားစွာ ပါဝင်သော ရာဇသူယ ယဇ်များကို များစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းဖြင့်ပင် မတူနိုင်၊ အရှွမေဓ ယဇ်များကို အများအပြား ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းဖြင့်ပင် မညီနိုင်။ သင်သည် စတ္တု—အလှော်မုန့်/အလှော်မုန့်မှုန့်—ကို တိုင်းတာတစ်စိတ်သာ လှူဒါန်းခြင်းဖြင့် မပျက်မယွင်းသော ဘြဟ္မာလောကကို အနိုင်ရခဲ့သည်။»
