Parīkṣit-janma-saṃkaṭa and Kuntī’s petition to Vāsudeva (परिक्षिज्जन्मसंकटं कुन्त्याः प्रार्थना च)
ओदनं कुम्भश: कृत्वा पुरोधा: समुपाहरत् । ब्राह्मणेभ्य: सहस्राणि गवां दत्त्वा तु भूमिप:
odanaṃ kumbhaśaḥ kṛtvā purodhāḥ samupāharat | brāhmaṇebhyaḥ sahasrāṇi gavāṃ dattvā tu bhūmipaḥ ||
ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပာယနက ပြောသည်။ အိုးအိုးဖြင့် ထမင်းချက် (အိုဒန) ကို ပြင်ဆင်ပြီး ပုရောဟိတ်က ထုတ်ယူလာသည်။ ထို့နောက် ဘုရင်သည် ဗြာဟ္မဏများအား နွားထောင်ပေါင်းများစွာကို ပေးလှူပြီး ရိုးရာအတိုင်း အခမ်းအနားကို ဆက်လက်ဆောင်ရွက်하였다—ဒါန၏ သဘောတရားနှင့် သာသနာပညာကို ထောက်ပံ့ခြင်းကို ထင်ရှားစေ하였다။
