Book 14, Chapter 43
राज्ञां हि विषये येषां साधव: परिरक्षिता: । तेडस्मिल्लोके प्रमोदन्ते सुखं प्रेत्य च भुज्जते
rājñāṃ hi viṣaye yeṣāṃ sādhavaḥ parirakṣitāḥ | te 'smin loke pramodante sukhaṃ pretya ca bhuñjate ||
ဝါယုက ပြောသည်– «မိမိနိုင်ငံအတွင်း သီလရှိသူ၊ တရားရှိသူတို့ကို ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်သော ဘုရင်တို့သည် ဤလောက၌ပင် ပျော်ရွှင်ကြ၏။ သေပြီးနောက်လည်း ထိုနည်းတူ စိတ်ချမ်းသာမှုကို ခံစားကြ၏»။
