योज्यस्तुषश्टहिते राजन् नित्यं चारैरनुछित: । “नरेश्वर! न्याय करनेके कामपर तुम सदा ऐसे ही पुरुषोंको नियुक्त करना
yojyas tuṣṭaś ca hite rājan nityaṃ cārair anuśitaḥ |
ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပါယန မိန့်သည်– «အို မင်းကြီး၊ တရားစီရင်ရာကိစ္စများတွင် ယုံကြည်ထိုက်သူ၊ ရောင့်ရဲသူ၊ ပြည်သူအကျိုးကို ရည်ရွယ်သူတို့ကို အမြဲတမ်း ခန့်အပ်လော့။ ထို့ပြင် သင်၏ လျှို့ဝှက်သူလျှိုကွန်ယက်ဖြင့် သူတို့၏ အပြုအမူကို အစဉ်မပြတ် စောင့်ကြည့်လော့»။
