ह॒त्वाग्निं विधिवत सर्वे प्रययुस्ते यथाक्रमम् । उदड़्मुखा निरीक्षन्त उपवासपरायणा:
hutvā agniṁ vidhivat sarve prayayus te yathākramam | udaṅmukhā nirīkṣanta upavāsaparāyaṇāḥ ||
ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပာယနက ပြောသည်– စည်းကမ်းတကျ သန့်ရှင်းသော မီးထဲသို့ အဟုတိများကို ပူဇော်ပြီးနောက် သူတို့အားလုံးသည် အစဉ်လိုက် ထွက်ခွာသွားကြ၏။ ညလုံးပတ်လုံး အစာရှောင်ထားကြသဖြင့် မြောက်ဘက်သို့ မျက်နှာမူကာ ထိုဘက်ကိုသာ စိုက်ကြည့်လျက်—အကျင့်သိက္ခာနှင့် ရိုးရာသန့်ရှင်းမှုဖြင့်—ရှေ့သို့ တိုးလျက်သွားကြသည်။
