कृत्वाग्नौकरणं पूर्व मन्त्रपूर्व तपोधन । ततो5ग्नये5थ सोमाय वरुणाय च नित्यश:

Transliteration

kṛtvāgnaukaraṇaṃ pūrvaṃ mantrapūrva tapodhana | tato 'gnaye 'tha somāya varuṇāya ca nityaśaḥ ||

Translation

ဘီရှ္မက မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «တပဿာအင်အားကြီးသော ရသီရေ၊ ဗေဒမန်တရားများကို မှန်ကန်စွာ ရွတ်ဆိုကာ အဂ္နောကရဏ (သန့်ရှင်းမီးကို ထူထောင်ခြင်း) ကို အရင်ဆုံး ပြီးစီးစေပြီးနောက်၊ နေ့စဉ်နေ့တိုင်း သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ပူဇော်အစဉ်အတိုင်း အဂ္နိသို့ အရင်ပူဇော်၍၊ ထို့နောက် ဆိုမသို့၊ ထို့နောက် ဝရုဏသို့ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော အပိုင်းကို ဆက်ကပ်ရမည်။ ထိုသို့ပြုခြင်းဖြင့် ဓမ္မ၏ စည်းကမ်းအစဉ်ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းကာ ဘုရားသခင်တို့၏ အထောက်အကူများကို တည်တံ့စေသည်»။
