Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
सर्वे हि वयमेते च तवैव प्रसव: प्रभो | देवानां ब्राह्मणानां च त्वं हि कर्ता पितामह,'प्रभो! पितामह! ये सब और हमलोग आपहीकी संतान हैं; क्योंकि देवताओं और ब्राह्मणोंकी सृष्टि करनेवाले आप ही हैं
sarve hi vayam ete ca tavaiva prasavaḥ prabho | devānāṃ brāhmaṇānāṃ ca tvaṃ hi kartā pitāmaha ||
ဝသိဋ္ဌက ပြောသည်– «အရှင်ဘုရား၊ သတ္တဝါအပေါင်း၏ အဘိုးတော် (ပိတာမဟ) ရေ။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အားလုံးနှင့် ဤအခြားသူတို့လည်း အမှန်တကယ် အရှင်၏ သားသမီးများပင် ဖြစ်ကြသည်။ အကြောင်းမူကား နတ်တို့နှင့် ဗြာဟ္မဏတို့ကို ဖန်ဆင်းသော မူလဖခင်၊ ဖန်တီးရှင်သည် အရှင်ပင် ဖြစ်သောကြောင့်»။
