शूरा बहुविधा: प्रोक्तास्तेषामर्थास्तु मे शृणु । शूरान्वयानां निर्दिष्ट फलं शूरस्य चैव हि
bhīṣma uvāca | śūrā bahuvidhāḥ proktās teṣām arthāṁs tu me śṛṇu | śūrānvayānāṁ nirdiṣṭaṁ phalaṁ śūrasya caiva hi ||
ဘီရှ္မက ပြောသည်– «သူရဲကောင်းတို့၏ အမျိုးအစားများကို များစွာ ဖော်ပြထားပြီးပြီ။ ယခု ငါရှင်းပြမည့် အဓိပ္ပါယ်ရည်ရွယ်ချက်တို့ကို နားထောင်လော့။ ထို့ပြင် ထိုသူရဲကောင်းတို့၏ မျိုးဆက်တို့အတွက်လည်းကောင်း၊ သူရဲကောင်းကိုယ်တိုင်အတွက်လည်းကောင်း သတ်မှတ်ထားသော အကျိုးရလဒ်ကို ငါဆိုပြမည်»။
