Phala of Vrata, Niyama, Svādhyāya, Dama, Satya, Brahmacarya, and Service (व्रत-नियम-स्वाध्याय-दम-सत्य-ब्रह्मचर्य-शुश्रूषा-फलप्रश्नः)
तिलालाभे तु यो दद्याज्जलधेनुं यतव्रत: । स कामप्रवहां शीतां नदीमेतामुपाश्ुते
tilālābhe tu yo dadyāj jaladhenuṃ yatavrataḥ | sa kāmapravahāṃ śītāṃ nadīm etām upāśnute ||
နှမ်းမရနိုင်သော်လည်း ဝတ်ပြုသစ္စာနှင့် စည်းကမ်းတကျနေထိုင်သူက “ရေနွား” (ရေကို နွားပုံသဏ္ဌာန်ဖြင့် သင်္ကေတလှူဒါန်းခြင်း) ကို လှူဒါန်းလျှင် လိုအင်ဆန္ဒများကို သယ်ဆောင်ပေးသော အေးမြသည့် ဤမြစ်အနီး၌ နေထိုင်ကာ ချမ်းသာစွာ ခံစားရ၏။
