दानफलप्रकरणम् — उपानहदानं, तिलदानं, भूमिदानं, गोदानं, अन्नदानं च
Gifts and Their Stated Results: Footwear, Sesame, Land, Cows, and Food
सदा भवन्न्ति चोद्विग्नास्तस्य दुश्चरितैर्नरा: । योगक्षेमा हि बहवो राष्ट्र नास्थाविशन्ति तत्
sadā bhavanti codvignās tasya duścaritair narāḥ | yogakṣemā hi bahavo rāṣṭra nāsthāviśanti tat ||
ဘီရှ္မက မိန့်ကြားသည်– «သူ၏ မကောင်းသော အကျင့်အကြံကြောင့် လူတို့သည် အမြဲတမ်း စိုးရိမ်ပူပန်ခြင်းထဲသို့ ကျရောက်ကြသည်။ အမှန်တကယ်ပင် လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် ချမ်းသာရေးကို ရှာဖွေသူ အများအပြားသည် ထိုနိုင်ငံတွင် တည်ငြိမ်သော အခြေမရ၊ ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာ မနေထိုင်နိုင်ကြ»။
