Ānṛśaṃsya–Bhakti: Śukaḥ Śakreṇa Parīkṣitaḥ
Compassion and Devotion—The Parrot Tested by Indra
त्वमेव दैवतै: सर्वे: पृच्छयसे धर्मसंशयात् । अतत्त्वं देवदेवानामाधिपत्ये प्रतिष्ठित:
tvam eva daivataiḥ sarvaiḥ pṛcchyase dharma-saṁśayāt | atattvaṁ deva-devānām ādhipatye pratiṣṭhitaḥ ||
ဘီရှ္မက ပြောသည်– «ဓမ္မအပေါ် သံသယပေါ်လာသော် နတ်ဘုရားအားလုံးသည် သင်တစ်ဦးတည်းကိုပင် မေးမြန်းကြသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် သင်သည် နတ်တို့၏နတ်တို့အပေါ်တောင် အုပ်စိုးသော အာဏာတော်ရာထူး၌ ခိုင်မြဲစွာ တည်ရှိနေသည်—အမှန်နှင့် အမှားကို ခွဲခြားသိမြင်သူဖြစ်သောကြောင့်»။
