अब्रवीदितरां कन्यामावहेति स कौरव: । अप्यन्याननुपप्रच्छ शड्कमान: पितुर्वच:
abravīd itarāṁ kanyām āvaheti sa kauravaḥ | apy anyān anupapraccha śaṅkamānaḥ pitur vacaḥ ||
ဘိဿမက ပြောသည်— «ထိုကောရဝအကြီးအကဲက ‘အခြားမိန်းကလေးကို လက်ထပ်လော့’ ဟု ဆို하였다။ သို့သော် အကြီးအကဲ၏ (အဖ/အကြီး) အမိန့်၏ သင့်လျော်မှုကို ငါသံသယရှိသဖြင့် အခြားသူများကိုလည်း မေးမြန်း하였다»။
