Strī-satkāra (On honoring women) — Mahābhārata 13.46
रक्षिता च त्वया पुत्र मम चापि निवेदिता । अहं ते प्रीतिमांस्तात स्वस्थ: स्वर्ग गमिष्यसि
rakṣitā ca tvayā putra mama cāpi niveditā | ahaṃ te prītimāṃs tāta svasthaḥ svarga gamiṣyasi ||
ဝိပုလက ပြောသည်– «သားရေ၊ မင်းက သူမကို ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်ပြီး ငါ့ထံသို့ သင့်တော်သလို ပြန်လည်အပ်နှံပေးခဲ့သည်။ ငါသည် မင်းအပေါ် အလွန်ပင် ကျေနပ်ဝမ်းမြောက်၏၊ ချစ်သားရေ။ စိတ်ချမ်းသာစွာ ထွက်ခွာလော့; မင်းသည် ကောင်းကင်ဘုံသို့ ရောက်လိမ့်မည်»။
