ततो विष्टभ्य विपुलो गुरुपत्न्या: कलेवरम् | उवास रक्षणे युक्तो न च सा तमबुद्ध्यत
tato viṣṭabhya vipulo gurupatnyāḥ kalevaram | uvāsa rakṣaṇe yukto na ca sā tam abuddhyata ||
ထို့နောက် ဝိပုလသည် ဆရာ၏ဇနီး၏ ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာကို ထောက်မ၍ တည်ငြိမ်စေပြီး၊ ထိုနေရာ၌ ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်ရန် အာရုံစိုက်ကာ နေထိုင်လေ၏။ သို့ရာတွင် သူမသည် သူ့ကို (ကာကွယ်နေသူဟု) မသိမမြင်ခဲ့။
