श्यामायनो<थ गार्ग्यश्व॒ जाबालि: सुश्रुतस्तथा । कारीषिरथ संभश्रुत्य: परपौरवतन्तव:
śyāmāyano ’tha gārgyāśvaḥ jābāliḥ suśrutas tathā | kārīṣiratha saṃbhaśrutyaḥ parapauravatantavaḥ ||
ဘီရှ္မက ပြော၏— «ထို့နောက် ရှျာမာယန၊ ဂာရ္ဂျာရှ္ဝ၊ ဂျာဘာလိ၊ နှင့် သုश्रုတ တို့ရှိ၏။ ထို့ပြင် ကာရီṣိရထ၊ သံဘ္ဟश्रုတျ၊ နှင့် ပရပေါရဝ မျိုးရိုးနှင့် ဆက်နွယ်သူတို့လည်း ရှိ၏»။
भीष्म उवाच
Dharma is grounded in the remembered teachings and living traditions of authoritative sages and lineages; Bhīṣma reinforces his instruction by citing respected names and ancestral schools as sources of reliable ethical knowledge.
Bhīṣma continues enumerating notable sages and lineage-holders, presenting them as exemplars or authorities whose traditions support the dharmic guidance he is conveying in the Anuśāsana Parva.
