Mataṅga–Śakra Dialogue on Tapas, Status, and Moral Qualities
प्रसाद्य देवान् सविभून् समस्तान् भगीरथस्तपसोग्रेण गड्भाम् । गामानयत् तामभिगम्य शश्चत् पुंसां भयं नेह चामुत्र विद्यात्
prasādya devān savibhūn samastān bhagīrathas tapaso greṇa gaṅgām | gām ānayat tām abhigamya śaśvat puṁsāṁ bhayaṁ neha cāmutra vidyāt ||
ပြင်းထန်သော တပသ်ဖြင့် ဘုရင် ဘဂီရထသည် မဟာသခင် (ရှီဝ) အပါအဝင် နတ်အားလုံးကို ပျော်ရွှင်စေကာ ဂင်္ဂါကို ဤမြေပြင်သို့ ဆင်းသက်လာစေ하였다။ သူမထံ ခိုလှုံရန် ချဉ်းကပ်သူသည် ဤလောက၌လည်းကောင်း၊ နောက်လောက၌လည်းကောင်း—အစဉ်အမြဲ—ကြောက်ရွံ့ခြင်းကင်းလွတ်လာ၏။
