Mataṅga–Śakra Dialogue on Tapas, Status, and Moral Qualities
शिलवृत्ति: कथान्ते तु सिद्धमामन्त्रय यत्नत: । प्रश्न॑ पप्रच्छ मेधावी यन्मां त्वं परिपृच्छसि
śilavṛttiḥ kathānte tu siddham āmantraya yatnataḥ | praśnaṃ papraccha medhāvī yan māṃ tvaṃ paripṛcchasi ||
ဘိဿမက ပြောသည်။ စကားဝိုင်း အဆုံးသတ်သော်၊ စပါးကျန်ကောက်၍ အသက်မွေးသော (သီလဝෘတ္တိ) ပညာရှိ အိမ်ထောင်ရှင် ဘြာဟ္မဏသည် စိဒ္ဓကို သေချာစွာ ခေါ်ဆို၍၊ သင်ယခု မေးမြန်းနေသကဲ့သို့ တူညီသော မေးခွန်းကို မေးမြန်း하였다။
