Mataṅga–Gardabhī Itihāsa
अस्ति मे भगवन वक्षित्तीर्थेभ्यो धर्मसंशय: । तत् सर्व श्रोतुमिच्छामि तन्मे शंस महामुने
asti me bhagavan vakṣitīrthebhyo dharma-saṁśayaḥ | tat sarvaṁ śrotum icchāmi tan me śaṁsa mahāmune ||
«အရှင်ဘုရား၊ မဟာမုနိတော်၊ တီရ္ထများနှင့် ဆက်စပ်သော ဓမ္မအကြောင်း၌ ကျွန်ုပ်တွင် သံသယတစ်ရပ်ရှိပါသည်။ အကြောင်းအရာအားလုံးကို ပြတ်သားစွာ နားထောင်လိုပါသည်။ မဟာမုနိတော်၊ ကျွန်ုပ်အား ရှင်းလင်းပေးပါ»။
