Tīrtha-vaṃśa Upadeśa: Instruction on the Fruits of Sacred Waters
मातरं पितरं चैव शुश्रूषन्ति जितेन्द्रिया: । | 4 058 सस्नेहास्ते नरा: स्वर्गगामिन:,जो होकर माता-पिताकी सेवा करते हैं तथा भाइयोंपर स्नेह रखते हैं, वे लोग स्वर्गलोकमें जाते हैं
mātaraṃ pitaraṃ caiva śuśrūṣanti jitendriyāḥ | sasnehās te narāḥ svargagāminaḥ ||
ဘီရှ္မက မိန့်တော်မူသည်—အာရုံအင်္ဒြိယတို့ကို ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်သောသူတို့သည် မိခင်ဖခင်ကို သေချာစွာ ပြုစုဝတ်ပြု၍ မောင်နှမတို့အပေါ် ချစ်ခင်မေတ္တာကို ထိန်းသိမ်းထားလျှင် ထိုသူတို့သည် သုခတရားရှိသော ကောင်းကင်ဘုံသို့ ရောက်ကြ၏။
