दूतसंव्यवहाराश्व निष्परीक्षाश्व मानवा: । प्राणिहिंसाप्रवृत्ता श्व ते वै निरयगामिन:
dūtasaṁvyavahārāś ca niṣparīkṣāś ca mānavāḥ | prāṇihiṁsāpravṛttāś ca te vai nirayagāminaḥ ||
ဘီရှ္မက မိန့်ကြားသည်– လူတစ်ဦး သို့မဟုတ် အခြေအနေကို မှန်ကန်စွာ စိစစ်နိုင်စွမ်းမရှိဘဲ သံတမန်/တမန်အလုပ်ကို လုပ်ကိုင်သူများ၊ ထို့ပြင် သက်ရှိများကို ထိခိုက်သတ်ဖြတ်ရာတွင် အမြဲတမ်း လှုပ်ရှားနေသူများသည် အမှန်တကယ် နရကသို့ သွားရမည်။ ဤကဗျာသည် သံတမန်ရေး သို့မဟုတ် ညှိနှိုင်းရေးကဲ့သို့ အများပြည်သူဆိုင်ရာ တာဝန်များတွင် သီလစိစစ်မှုနှင့် အဟിംသာကို လိုအပ်ကြောင်း သတိပေးပြီး၊ မဆင်မခြင်နှင့် ရက်စက်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်လျှင် ဓမ္မအကျဆုံးရှုံးမှုကြီးသို့ ဦးတည်ကြောင်း ဆိုသည်။
