यथा ह्ुपस्थितैश्वर्या: प्रजायन्ते न राजसा: । एवमेवात्मना5७त्मानं पूजयन्तीह धार्मिका:
yathā hy upasthitaiśvaryāḥ prajāyante na rājasāḥ | evam evātmanātmānaṃ pūjayantīha dhārmikāḥ ||
ဘိဿမက ပြောသည်— «အာဏာအုပ်စိုးမှု တည်မြဲပြီးသားသူတို့သည် ရာဇသ (စိတ်လှုပ်ရှားမှု) ကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပေါ်သော ကြိုးပမ်းမှုဖြင့် ပြန်လည်မွေးဖွားခြင်းကို မလိုလားသကဲ့သို့၊ ဤလောက၌ သမာဓိရှိသူတို့လည်း မိမိ၏ အတ္တကို မိမိအတ္တဖြင့်ပင် ဂုဏ်ပြုကြသည်။ ဓမ္မကို စည်းကမ်းတကျ ကျင့်သုံးခြင်းအားဖြင့် မိမိအတွင်းစိတ်ကို မြှင့်တင်ကာ အမြင့်မားသော အဆင့်သို့ ရောက်စေကြပြီး၊ ရာဇသ၏ အာဏာကြီးမားလာ၍ မွေးဖွား-သေဆုံး သံသရာသို့ ပြန်လည်ကျရောက်မသွားစေရန် သတိထားကြသည်»။
