यस्तु रौद्रसमाचार: सर्वसत्त्वभयंकर: । हस्ताभ्यां यदि वा पदभ्यां रज्ज्वा दण्डेन वा पुन:

Transliteration

yastu raudrasamācāraḥ sarvasattvabhayaṅkaraḥ | hastābhyāṃ yadi vā padabhyāṃ rajjvā daṇḍena vā punaḥ ||

Translation

မဟာဒေဝက မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «သို့ရာတွင် အကျင့်အကြံ ရက်စက်ကြမ်းတမ်း၍ သက်ရှိအပေါင်းကို ကြောက်လန့်စေသူသည်—လက်ဖြင့်ဖြစ်စေ ခြေဖြင့်ဖြစ်စေ ထိုးနှက်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ သို့မဟုတ် ကြိုး သို့မဟုတ် တုတ်ကို အသုံးပြုသော်လည်းကောင်း—ဤသို့သော အကြမ်းဖက်အကျင့်ကို ဆိုလိုသည်»။
