ब्राह्मणे कीदृशो धर्म: क्षत्रिये कीदृशो5भवत् | वैश्ये किलक्षणो धर्म: शूद्रे किलक्षणो भवेत्
brāhmaṇe kīdṛśo dharmaḥ kṣatriye kīdṛśo 'bhavat | vaiśye ki-lakṣaṇo dharmaḥ śūdre ki-lakṣaṇo bhavet ||
သီရိ မဟေရှ္ဝရက မိန့်တော်မူသည်— «ဗြာဟ္မဏအတွက် ဓမ္မ၏ သဘောသဘာဝသည် မည်သို့နည်း။ က္ଷတ္တရိယအတွက် မည်သို့နည်း။ ဝိုင်ရှျအတွက် သင့်လျော်သော ဓမ္မကို မည်သည့် လက္ခဏာများဖြင့် သိနိုင်သနည်း။ ရှူဒြအတွက် ဓမ္မကိုလည်း မည်သည့် လက္ခဏာများဖြင့် ခွဲခြားသိနိုင်သနည်း။»
