Śatarudrīya-prabhāva and Rudra’s Supremacy (शतरुद्रीयप्रभावः)
ऋतव: सर्वपुष्पैश्न व्यकिरन्त महाद्भुतै:ः
ṛtavaḥ sarvapuṣpaiś ca vyakiranta mahādbhutaiḥ
နာရဒက ပြောသည်– «ရာသီများသည် ဓမ္မနှင့် ပျော်ရွှင်စွာ ကိုက်ညီသကဲ့သို့ အံ့ဖွယ်ပန်းမျိုးစုံကို မိုးကဲ့သို့ ချွဲချွဲကျစေ၍ မြင်ကွင်းတစ်လျှောက် မင်္ဂလာအလှတရားဖြင့် ပြည့်နှက်စေကာ ကမ္ဘာ၌ ဘုရားသဘောတရားအတိုင်း စီမံထားသော သဟဇာတကို ပြသ하였다»။
