Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
अतीव हसते रौद्रस्त्रासयन् नयनैर्जनम् । जागर्ति चैव स्वपिति जृम्भते च यथासुखम्
atīva hasate raudras trāsayan nayanair janam | jāgarti caiva svapiti jṛmbhate ca yathāsukham ||
ဝါသုဒေဝက မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «သူသည် အလွန်အကျွံ ရယ်မော၍ ကြမ်းတမ်းသော အရိပ်အယောင်ဖြင့် မျက်လုံးတစ်ချက်တည်းနဲ့ လူတို့ကို ကြောက်လန့်စေ၏။ သို့သော် သူသည် နိုးနေတတ်သကဲ့သို့ အိပ်လည်းအိပ်၏၊ ဟားယား (အာဟာရ) လည်းလုပ်၏—မိမိစိတ်ကြိုက်အတိုင်း» ဟု။
