ब्रह्मोवाच अहो प्रश्नो महाभागा गूढार्थ: परम: शुभ: । सूक्ष्म: श्रेयांश्व॒ मर्दानां भवद्धिः समुदाह्ृत:
brahmovāca aho praśno mahābhāgā gūḍhārthaḥ paramaḥ śubhaḥ | sūkṣmaḥ śreyāṁś ca martyānāṁ bhavadbhiḥ samudāhṛtaḥ ||
ဘြဟ္မာက ပြောသည်—“အို မဟာကံကောင်းသူတို့၊ ဤမေးခွန်းသည် အဓိပ္ပါယ်နက်ရှိုင်း၍ အလွန်မင်္ဂလာရှိကာ အလွန်သိမ်မွေ့လှ၏။ ထို့ပြင် လူသားတို့အတွက် အမြင့်ဆုံးကောင်းကျိုးကို ဆောင်ကြဉ်းပေးသော မေးခွန်းလည်း ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ သင်တို့က မှန်ကန်သေချာစွာ ထုတ်ဖော်မေးမြန်းခဲ့ကြသည်။”
