उपवासविधि-प्रश्नः
Inquiry into the Discipline of Fasting
भ्रातृणामविभक्तानामुत्थानमपि चेत् सह | न पुत्रभागं विषमं पिता दद्यात् कदाचन
bhrātṝṇām avibhaktānām utthānam api cet saha | na putrabhāgaṁ viṣamaṁ pitā dadyāt kadācana ||
ဘီရှ္မက မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «ညီအစ်ကိုတို့သည် အမွေခွဲမထားသေးဘဲ အတူတကွ ကြိုးပမ်း၍ မိသားစုဥစ္စာကို တိုးပွားစေခဲ့လျှင်—ဖခင်အသက်ရှင်နေစဉ် ခွဲထွက်လိုကြသော်လည်း—ဖခင်သည် သားတို့အား အပိုင်းအခြား မညီမျှအောင် မပေးသင့်။ အားလုံးကို တန်းတူအပိုင်းအခြား ပေးရမည်»။
