Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity
तदावसेत् सदा प्राज्ञो भवार्थी मनुजेश्वर । मनुजेश्वर! अपनी उन्नति चाहनेवाले विद्वान् पुरुषको उचित है कि ब्राह्मणके द्वारा वास्तुपूजनपूर्वक आरम्भ कराये और अच्छे कारीगरके द्वारा बनाये हुए घरमें सदा निवास करे
tad āvaset sadā prājño bhavārthī manu-jeśvara |
ဘီရှ္မက မိန့်ကြားသည်– «လူတို့၏အရှင်မင်းကြီး၊ တိုးတက်ကြီးပွားလိုသော ပညာရှိသည် အမြဲတမ်း ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ဆောက်လုပ်ထားသော အိမ်၌ နေထိုင်သင့်သည်။ ထိုအိမ်သည် ဗာස්တု (Vāstu) ပူဇော်ပွဲကို ဘရာဟ္မဏက ဆောင်ရွက်ပြီးနောက် စတင်တည်ဆောက်ကာ ကျွမ်းကျင်သော လက်သမားတို့က ဆောက်လုပ်ထားရမည်»။
